Eating 1,000 slices at 333 pizzerias is the result of a six-month long project, “A Slice of Jersey.”

This book includes updated reviews of every pizzeria featured, essays and in-depth profiles as well as images from the pizza-making process, to the customers and families of the local pizzerias.
