A welcome, but dim, look into Cleveland's past

There are so few picture books about Cleveland that any addition is welcome. However, I think the concept could be improved if there are more books in the series. For instance, most of the photos were flat and dull looking, making Cleveland look like a very glum place. I think the 10 pages or so of school activities were wasted space since they could be found in any high school yearbooks. I wish there were more photos of downtown streets and the stores along them, Euclid Avenue, Prospect, East 9th, Short Vincent, Superior, etc. More neighborhood photos such as Kamm's Corners, East 102nd and Euclid, etc. And, I hate to say it, more politicians.
